Product Description:

This product is a 2× premixed reagent, specifically designed for real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR) using the SYBR Green I dye method. It requires only the addition of primers and DNA template to perform qPCR experiments. The core component, Super Fast Star DNA Polymerase, is a hot-start enzyme modified by antibodies, which can be activated by heating at 95°C for 5 seconds. It offers numerous advantages, including high detection specificity, high sensitivity, compatibility with fast amplification protocols, and suitability for small-scale amplification systems.

Additionally, this product is resistant to bubble formation when shaken and includes ROX Reference Dye, making it compatible with various qPCR instruments. It is simple and convenient to use.
