Anti-DYKDDDDK VHH Agarose Beads

Anti Flag Agarose Beads are composed of anti-Flag tag (DYKDDDDK) nanobodies, fused and expressed and covalently coupled to agarose beads. They are used to capture cell extracts of mammals, plants, bacteria, yeast, insects and other organisms. Flag-tagged proteins and proteins that closely interact with them.

Application: immunoprecipitation (IP), co-immunoprecipitation (CoIP), chromatin immunoprecipitation (CHIP), RNA-binding protein immunoprecipitation (RIP), enzyme activity detection, mass spectrometry analysis, etc.

Bead diameter: ~45 μm (4% cross-linked agarose beads)

Stock solution: 1xPBS, containing 20% ethanol and 0.03% NaN3

Binding capacity: Each 10 μL Anti-C-Flag Beads (including suspension) binds 15-20 μg of Flag-tagged fusion protein

Ligand: Anti-Flag tag Nanobody

Nanobody conjugation amount: 6 mg/mL

Reactivity: Binds to Flag tag fusion proteins and proteins that closely interact with them
