Product Overview
The Co-Transcriptional Capping T7 In Vitro Transcription Kit is optimized for efficient transcription using T7 RNA polymerase. This kit enables in vitro transcription from linear double-stranded DNA templates containing a T7 promoter sequence, with NTPs as substrates. The capping reagent CAP GAG (3'OMe) is co-transcriptionally incorporated into the 5' end of mRNA, allowing for the simple and rapid production of large quantities of RNA with a Cap1 structure.
The addition of the Cap1 structure protects mRNA from degradation and ensures high translation efficiency. The kit also includes the modified nucleotide N1-Me-pUTP to support specialized transcription needs. These modifications effectively reduce mRNA immunogenicity and suppress innate immune activation, making mRNA a powerful tool for regenerative medicine, disease treatment, and cell reprogramming.
Each reaction can yield 150–200 μg of RNA and is scalable for milligram-level production. The transcribed RNA is suitable for applications such as RNA structure and function studies, transfection, microinjection, in vitro transcription, and preclinical mRNA therapeutic research.
