GoldHi EndoFree Plasmid Maxi Kit

This kit provides a new method to extract endotoxin-free plasmid in a simple, fast and efficient way. It adopts a unique silica matrix membrane adsorption technology, which binds plasmid DNA efficiently and exclusively; at the same time, it adopts a special buffer system and de-endotoxin buffer, which effectively removes endotoxin, genomic DNA, RNA, protein and other impurities. It can process 100-300 mL of bacterial fluid each time and obtain as much as 2 mg of transfection-grade plasmid DNA, and the whole extraction process only takes 50 minutes.
