The ready-to-use LNP kit enables specific delivery to human CD8 T cells. It is intended for research use only, supporting proof-of-concept studies and screening of mRNA constructs human PBMCs.
Kit Components
SV106-36 Delivery for Human CD8 T Cells delivery of 36 μg mRNA. The kit contains 3 x 300μL Lipid Mixture, 1 x 1.5mL Formulation Buffer, 1 x 3mg Reagent A, 1 x 400 μL Reagent B-6. For Research Use Only
SV106-120 Delivery Plus for Human CD8 T Cells delivery of 120 μg mRNA. The kit contains 5 x 600μL Lipid Mixture, 2 x 2mL Formulation Buffer, 2 x 3mg Reagent A, 2 x 600μL Reagent B-6. For Research Use Only

The kits exhibit excellent encapsulation efficiency, generate nanoparticles with a uniform average size of approximately 100 nm, and maintain a low polydispersity index (PDI).
