mCherry mRNA (modified) 1 mg/mL

The mCherry mRNA (modified) encodes the mCherry fluorescent protein, which can be used as a fluorescent tracer in transfection and transgenic experiments or as a reporter of gene expression. The incorporation of N1-methylpseudouridine can reduce the immunogenicity of the resulting mRNA. After mCherry mRNA is transfected into cells, it can express the strong and bright red fluorescent protein mCherry, with excitation/emission wavelengths of 587 nm/610 nm respectively.

The product has a cap structure at the 5' end and a poly(A) tail at the 3' end, which increases the stability and translation efficiency of the mRNA.
