Tanon™ High-sig ECL Western Blotting Substrate
Tanon™ High-sig ECL Western Blotting Substrate
Catalog No.: AB180-501/B180-5001
The Tanon™ High-sig ECL Western Blotting Substrate is a highly sensitive, non-radioactive, enhanced luminol-based chemiluminescent substrate for the detection of HRP on immunoblots. It enables the detection of picogram amounts of antigen and allows for easy detection of HRP using photographic or other imaging methods. Blots can be repeatedly exposed to X-ray films or chemiluminescence imaging systems to obtain the best results.
Sensitive – Detects antigens at the picogram level.
Safe – Produce results in 5 seconds.
Compatible – Can replace Amersham ECL Substrate by GE Healthcare and Pierce ECL Substrate by Thermo Fisher without optimization.
